Waikato Coffee started with an ordinary observation: the best part of the day is often the first quiet twenty minutes of it. We build blends for that window — coffee, matcha and natural drinks made to be brewed slowly and drunk sitting down.

The name is a nod to the green river country that inspired the brand — soft mountains, long mornings, and a pace worth borrowing. Every blend is built around a feeling first: pure, sweet, fruity, strong, grounded, calm.
