Shipping policy. Waikato Coffee orders are prepared and shipped from the United States by our fulfilment partner, Supliful. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation email and then a shipping email with tracking details once your order is on its way. Delivery times vary by destination and are subject to customs delays. Shipping is charged separately from the product price, at checkout, by order weight. United States: $5.99 up to 0.5 lb, $6.99 up to 0.75 lb, $7.99 up to 1 lb, $10.99 up to 2 lb, $13.49 up to 3 lb. Canada: $21 up to 1 lb, $22 up to 2 lb, $24 up to 3 lb, $26 up to 4 lb. United Kingdom and supported European countries (Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden): $22 up to 1 lb, $23 up to 2 lb, $26 up to 3 lb, $29 up to 4 lb. Australia, New Zealand and other supported countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Indonesia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macau, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam): $27 up to 1 lb, $29 up to 2 lb, $34 up to 3 lb, $40 up to 4 lb. Heavier orders cost more and the exact price is shown at checkout. We do not currently ship to the Middle East, Turkey, South America or Africa, or to Alaska and Hawaii. Import duties and taxes may apply to international orders, are charged by the destination country on delivery, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order; we cannot change the address once an order has been shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or does not arrive, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date at waikatocoffee1991@gmail.com with your order number and, where relevant, a photo, and we will work with you to put it right.
